TLC Connection proudly offers community integrated services to assist individuals learn life skills. Supported Community Connections assist individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities participate in their community while pursuing their dreams.

We take a person-centered approach to all services and ensure that each individuals needs are met. Services can be provided in a group or one on one setting & transportation is provided from their home to all program locations and back.

Our individuals work with our direct care professionals to create individual goals that will increase independent living skills. Our program visits the following areas:

• Food Bank of the Rockies

• Museum of Nature & Science

• Nickle-A-Play

• Libraries

• Urban Farm

• Aurora & Park Meadows Mall

• Local grocery stores

• Restaurants 

• And so much more!
